Instructional Design:
Instructional design helps students and gives them the opportunities to be active when they are learning. Also, it gives students and instructors the solutions for the problems that they face in order to improve their skills. In my opinion, instructional design is a systematic process of several practices that has different materials, process, and methods in order to develop educational methods.

Bloom's Taxonomy is educational psychologist who developed a classification of levels of intellectual behavior important in learning. Bloom has three essential models that facilitate education and learning objectives. The three models are cognitive, affective, and psychomotor. Each domain has different levels that explain learning objectives.

In ETEC 544, I learned some models of instructional design like ADDIE, and Dick and Carey. I have used ADDIE model to design many materials for three projects in ETEC 544, ETEC 644, and ETEC 676.
ADDIE model contain several steps that categorized under five main steps: Analyze, Design, development, and evaluation. To design a particular material, you should follow each phase in order before moving to the next. Analyze. This phase is the pre-planning thinking about the project. In this phase, I will think, identify, and answer several questions and elements, who what and how? Who is my training program designed to teach and what their characteristics are? What is my program need to teach? How I will know I successfully taught what I identified to teach in this training program.

ETEC 644: Using iMovie to create a digital story website.
I created a website about iMovie application to overcome the challenges that teachers and students face in today’s classroom to enhance individual expression, and creativity to engage them in learning. So, I made a complete project for doing video by using iMovie and explain how to insert pictures, audios, effects, etc. There are some materials that explain to learners how to use iMovie to create a video in different sections. In each section, I provided pictures with short video to explain to the learners the instruction step by step.
